October 3-5 Find Shirley Q. & Katie McDonald @ Cullman Oktoberfest - Experience the heartwarming charm of Cullman, Alabama at the 2024 Oktoberfest Celebration! This promises to immerse visitors in German heritage as we celebrate with fun attractions for all ages. From Thursday, October 3, 2024, at 4:00 PM to the closing of the Hofbräu Biergarten on Saturday, October 5 at 11 PM, the streets will be filled with lively music, cultural displays, and delicious German cuisine. This is the time to create fun-filled memories and embrace the spirit of German heritage at the Cullman Oktoberfest!

October 11th - Visit with Shirley Q. & Katie McDonald at the Cullman Area Chamber of Commerce's Community Luncheon - Join us for a community luncheon focused on addressing the mental health crisis. Chris Van Dyke with Well Stone will be our guest speaker. We will explore resources, and foster hope for those affected by mental health challenges. Together, we can build a stronger, more supportive community. Don’t miss this opportunity to connect, learn, and inspire change.

October 3rd -1 2th - Find your GOOD NEIGHBORS at the Cullman County Fair - Join us on Thursday (10/3) for the grand opening of the Cullman County Fair! The gates open at 5pm, and this is on of the nights to visit with shorter lines and tons of fun.

Our fair has won awards in recent years for being Alabama's county fair, and we look forward to continuing that tradition as we welcome guests from all over. We are also a non-profit fair, and money generated is given back to local charities and people in need. This is a fun event for the whole family that you don't want to miss.

October 22nd - Listen to Shirley Q. @ Cullman Regional Foundation's For Kids' Sake Variety Show Auditions - Yes!!!!!! Auditions will be held October 22nd, 2024 at St. John's Christ Hall 4pm to 7pm.
