September 3rd - Go with Katie McDonald - Grand Opening of The Olive House, home of Chat & Chew: The Olive House is officially opening in Cullman on Tuesday (9/3)! This will serve as a Tea House, Eatery and Micro Venue.

It is located in a nearly 100 year old home has been repurposed into a beautiful venue on HWY-278E that is serving is the home of Chat & Chew. They will have sandwiches, a salad bar and tea times.

This micro-venue will also serve as a great place for bridal parties, and anyone else who would love to use this amazing space.

September 9th - Shirley Q. will be attending the Cullman Regional Foundation "Million Dollar Hole-In-One Golf Extravaganza" is held annually and offers a day of fun in the sun for a good cause. The day-long event offers both a morning and an afternoon session with a shotgun start, a putting challenge, a helicopter golf ball drop and a Million Dollar Hole-in-One Shootout between qualifiers who all vie for a million-dollar prize!

The 33rd Annual Cullman Regional Foundation Million Dollar Hole-In-One Golf Extravaganza is scheduled for Monday, September 9, 2024, at Terri Pines Country Club. For more information, call the Foundation office.

September 20th - Shirley Q. and Katie are attending the Chamber of Commerce Community Luncheon: Retail Round Up as we discuss the state of retail in our community. September 28th - Shirley Q. & Team walk in the "Cullman County Fair Parade" - Cullman County Fair Parade is an exhilarating experience that brings together the vibrant spirit of the community. As you watch the procession, you'll find yourself surrounded by colorful floats, lively music, and the enthusiastic cheers of spectators lining the streets of Hwy 31.
